Detalles de publicación: Strasbourg : Banlieues d'Europe ; Grenoble : Observatoire des politiques culturelles, 2002Descripción: 56 pResumen: "Cités vivantes: émergences culturelles, dynamiques urbaines et citoyenneté en Europe" est un projet de recherche-action initié par le réseau Banlieues d'Europe et I'Observatoire des politiques culturelles, avec l'appui scientifique du CERAT, laboratoire de recherche de l'IEP de Grenoble associé au CNRS, et du LARES, laboratoire de recherche en sciences sociales de l'Université de Rennes II. A ce jour, il a été soutenu par la Commission européenne (Direction de la recherche), le Conseil de l'Europe, le Conseil interministériel français de la recherche dans le cadre du programme "Ville, culture et dynamiques sociales" et le ministère français de la Culture et de la Communication. L'objectif de ce projet consiste à analyser la place des émergences artistiques et culturelles dans les dynamiques urbaines et le renouveau des territoires en Europe, ainsi que la façon dont les habitants des villes sont impliqués dans ces processus. Il s'agit de poursuivre une réflexion comparative sur le rôle de l'art et de la culture dans la lutte contre l'exclusion, la constitution ou le renforcement de la citoyenneté et du lien social, les stratégies de développement urbain..., à partir de trois thématiques principales: • accès à la culture, démocratie culturelle et citoyenneté; • pluralisme artistique, diversité culturelle et dynamiques urbaines; • patrimoine, mémoire urbaine et lien social. (Font: Introducció) = "Living cities; cultural emergences, urban dynamics and citizenship in Europe" is a research/action project initiated by the Banlieues d'Europe network and the Cultural Policies Observatory, with scientific support from CERAT, research laboratory of the IEP of Grenoble, associated with the CNRS and LARES, research laboratory in social science of the University of Rennes II. At the moment, it is supported by the European Commission (Directorate of Research), the Council of Europe, the French Interministerial Council of Research in the framework of the programme "Town, culture and social dynamics" and the French Ministry of Culture and Communication. The objective of this project consists of analysing the place of artistic and cultural emergences in urban dynamics and the renewal of territories in Europe, as well as the way in which the inhabitants of towns are involved in this process. It concerns the pursuit of a comparative reflection on the role of art and culture in the combat against exclusion, the constitution or the reinforcement of citizenship and the social link, strategies for urban development, all derived from three principal themes: • access to culture, cultural democracy and citizenship; • artistic pluralism, cultural diversity and urban dynamics; • patrimony, urban memory and social link.
