(Font: Autor)Summary: The urban complexity resulting from the overproduction to which we are exposed by the Internet and present-day modes of economic production makes it necessary to think the city in increasingly diverse and complex ways, in which rather than trying to reduce the multitude of factors that affect the resolution of a given question to the lowest common multiple, we set out to think it through from various disciplinary perspectives. Citizens' initiatives provide a channel of innovation through which they put forward 'different ways of doing things' and thus of thinking the urban from a more effective dimension. (Font: Autor)
