Summary: Els quatre grups de treball dels estats membres establerts en el Pla de treball per la cultura 2008-2010 han publicat els seus informes finals. Aquest document recull les recomanacions del grup de treball d’experts sobre la millora de les condicions per a la mobilitat dels artistes i els professionals en l’àmbit de la cultura. L'informe inclou una introducció i una sèrie de recomanacions dirigides als diversos estats membres, a la Comissió Europea i al sector cultural. Les principals recomanacions que es realitzen són les següents: millorar els serveis informatius sobre la mobilitat en el sector cultural; desenvolupar programes i esquemes de suport a la mobilitat; tractar de solucionar la problemàtica amb els visats; i finalment, avaluar les iniciatives implementades en matèria de mobilitat. L'informe proposa també alguns temes que cal estudiar més a fons com són la coordinació de la seguretat social, la formació, els impostos i la repercussió mediambiental de la mobilitat cultural.
