Resumen: How can Europe make clear what it stands for? How can Europe show that it goes beyond words and takes action? What are the advantages of a common European foreign cultural policy? And how can Europe benefit from its specific capabilities? Thirty authors from twenty countries answer these questions in the new edition of Culture Report. The Culture Report Progress Europe is published by the Institute for Foreign Cultural Relations (ifa) and the European Union National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC). The fourth edition is being published for the first time as a yearbook for EUNIC, the umbrella organisation for European cultural institutes that made a new start in international cultural diplomacy and international relationships when it was founded in 2006. The worldwide 2000 satellite stations of the EUNIC member organisations in over 130 countries offer enormous potential for European foreign cultural engagement. (Font: Editor)
