Series Informes/Estudis ; CLT/DEC/CPDetalles de publicación: Paris : Unesco, [1991]Descripción: 13 pResumen: The purpose of the attached questionnaire is to help to collect data concerning the population of an area circumscribed locally, regionally or nationally with a view to drawing up a list of cultural needs, reflecting not only general aspirations, practices and output but also structures and institutions, policies and material resources, and education and training. For each of these themes, the questions are designed as far as possible to take equal account of present circumstances and future trends (perceived developments and those desired), and of the constraints specific to the environment in question and the perceived priorities for action. The information obtained should enable UNESCO to draw up projects designed to cater for the needs expressed, to make provision, in collaboration with the institutions concerned, for their planning and funding, and to provide assistance for their implementation and follow-up.
