A survey by Helen Jermyn was also commissioned into the scale of street arts and circus activity taking place in England, and the relationship of practitioners in both sectors to the funding system. In preparing this report, a total of 146 practitioners (not including promoters) responded to the survey and 30 practitioners, promoters and funders were involved in one to one consultation.
