Resumen: I have based this discussion on a liberal tradition. It is a profoundly liberal document. It will therefore be difficult to accept for those who believe in a legitimacy which stems from the collective and which overrides the validity of the individual's position- however provocative or outrageous it may be. For extreme socialists, communitarians, fascists and the leagues who would censor discourse for its adherence to political positions, this will prove a thoroughly irritating read.
