The University of Glasgow was commissioned by the Scottish Arts Council (SAC) to develop a toolkit for evaluating arts projects in social inclusion areas. Intended as a guide for assessing the impact of arts projects, the framework is a flexible document that can be adapted to the variety of purposes and circumstances represented by projects.
